Fred Lynn Middle School Principal Advisory Council
The Principal Advisory Council (PAC) exists to allow school and community members to share their feedback and participate in the school-level decision-making process. The council primarily serves as an advisory body to the principal and the school leadership team. Members take on both representative and advisory roles.
While the council does not create school policy, it plays a critical role in shaping the continuous improvement plan through feedback and recommendations from the community. The council's functions include:
- Assisting with the identification of school needs
- Reviewing, evaluating, and shaping the school’s Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP)
- Facilitating communication between school staff and the school community
- Providing input for the proposed school budget
The Advisory Council ensures that community voices are heard and contribute to the school's ongoing development and success.
