Physicals and Concussion Training Certificates must be turned in to Ms. Webster before Friday March 18 in order to begin tryouts on Monday.

All students who wish to try out for a sport must have an athletic sports physical and concussion training each school year. (forms on Athletics main page)
Athletic Physicals: You may get your physical done after May 31st. Please visit the Fred Lynn Athletics homepage for forms and information on Sports physicals and concussion training.
Online Concussion Training
All students who wish to try out for a sport must complete concussion training with a parent. All students may complete this online, visit the athletics homepage for dates and times of in person concussion training or the link to the online training. (link on Athletics main page)
In order to try out, students must have BOTH an athletic physical and concussion training ON FILE. No students will be allowed to try out without having both turned in. Students may turn their forms into Ms. Webster, or turned into the front office labeled for Athletic Director.
Activity buses are available each day after practice.
Students should bring athletic attire to try outs (T-shirt, shorts, sneakers), and they must have a water bottle. If a player has cleats and shin guards they should bring these but please don't purchase them for try-outs.
