In order to try out and/or play this season all players need a physical filled out on the PWCS school physical form (link on athletics home page). In addition, parents and players need to attend or complete training online concussion training if you haven't done so already. There are no exceptions to this rule and your student will not be able to try out or play without all paperwork turned in.
